Questions we get asked
What happens after the free period?+
Nothing automatic. We never take a card to get you started, so there is nothing to charge. When the 14 days are up you decide whether to carry on — if you do, everything you put in is exactly where you left it. If you don't, your data stays put and we won't delete anything without telling you.
Do I have to give card details to start?+
No. Name, email and a password gets you in. You only enter a card if and when you decide to subscribe.
Am I tied into a contract?+
No contract and no minimum term. Cancel from the Billing screen whenever you like and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
What about all my existing customers and history?+
We move it for you, free. Send us a spreadsheet, a database backup, or just tell us what system you're on now — we've done it from the old Garage Master, from spreadsheets and from other garage systems. Nothing is deleted at your end.
Does it cost more for each mechanic?+
No. Every plan is unlimited users and unlimited devices. Put a tablet on every ramp at no extra cost.
Is VAT included in these prices?+
No — every price on this page is shown excluding VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate.
