If you enter an item in a part on an invoice that has “Amount Low Stock” set to great than -1 then the system will track the use of the stock item as you issue it on an invoice.
For example lets say I have 100 widgets.
I use 50 widgets in an Invoice
Then the amount of widgets will be reduced by 50
